Club member and exceptional (and published) astrophotographer Howard Cox has agreed to give a photo viewing of his digital astrophotography, presenting some of his amazing work. Howard has presented before for the IC Astronomy Club, and is sure to impress again.
This meeting is absolutely free and open to the public! So if you know people who are curious about astronomy, or who enjoy gorgeous photos of stars and nebulae, invite them as well!
The March club meeting will be held at the Iowa City Public Library, starting at 7PM. We will be in room E, upstairs. Howard has several photos of his two-telescope, computerized, clock-driven mount, astrophotography set-up, and says he’d love to answer technical questions about photographing the stars.
